AI72 Child Safety Standards
AI72 / IntroMe is intended only for users who are 18 years or older. This page explains AI72's standards for child safety, CSAE, CSAM, reporting, blocking, evidence handling, and escalation.
Zero tolerance
AI72 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualized communication involving minors, trafficking, coercion, sextortion, or any attempt to use a minor's identity, image, voice, or media on the platform.
1. 18+ only
AI72 is not for minors. Users must be at least 18 years old. If AI72 receives a credible report or signal that an account may involve a minor, AI72 may restrict, suspend, verify, disable, or remove the account and preserve relevant safety records where appropriate and lawful.
2. Prohibited conduct
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors.
- Grooming, coercion, trafficking, live exploitation, or sexual extortion.
- Romantic or sexual communication with minors.
- Profiles, photos, videos, voices, messages, or media that impersonate or sexualize minors.
- Sharing, requesting, storing, forwarding, threatening to share, or encouraging illegal child-safety content.
- Using AI, deepfakes, manipulated media, fake profiles, or other tools to create or distribute child-safety abuse content.
3. How to report
Users can report suspected minors, grooming, CSAM, exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, threats, or other child-safety risks through in-app report/block tools where available. Users may also contact support@ai72.app.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services, law enforcement, or a trusted adult/guardian. AI72 support and in-app reports are important, but they are not emergency services.
4. What AI72 may do after a report
AI72 may review reports with automated tools and human/admin review where appropriate. AI72 may restrict content, hide or quarantine media, disable features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or respond to valid legal requests. AI72 may limit what it shares about a decision for safety, privacy, anti-abuse, or legal reasons.
5. Evidence handling
AI72 may retain relevant report, account, message, media, verification, device, safety, support, audit, and moderation records where needed for child safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of users. AI72 does not encourage users to download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal content.
6. Law enforcement and legal process
AI72 may preserve or disclose relevant records when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or urgent safety needs. AI72 does not disclose user data casually or in response to informal requests. Dedicated legal or law-enforcement routing may be published later; until then, requests may be directed to support@ai72.app for internal routing.
7. Bad-faith reports
False reports made intentionally, revenge reports, report spam, or attempts to manipulate the moderation system may lead to enforcement action. Child-safety reports are treated seriously, and misuse of the reporting system can harm real victims and platform safety.
