Terms of Service

This document explains the AI72 / IntroMe Terms of Service. AI72 / IntroMe is not a public profile browsing service or swipe catalog. AI72 is a dating, social-introduction, messaging, media, and user-generated content platform built around controlled temporary introductions and permanent chats. AI72 introduces people; it does not guarantee outcomes, relationships, intent, identity, or real-world safety.

1. Product positioning

AI72 is not a marriage bureau, relationship counseling service, psychological counseling service, legal identity verification service, KYC service, emergency service, or real-world safety service. It uses preferences, safety signals, profile consistency, and product rules to support controlled introductions.

• AI72 does not provide open public profile browsing or swipe catalog access.
• Users may meet through temporary introductions, limited media visibility, and permanent chat flows.
• AI72 does not guarantee compatibility, attraction, safety, intention, relationship outcome, or real-world conduct.

2. Eligibility

AI72 is only for users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You represent that you use one account, provide accurate information, have not been banned, and will not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing purposes.

• You must use your own phone number, your own account, and media you have the right to use.
• AI72 may request additional phone, liveness, profile photo, age, safety, or account-consistency checks.
• If required checks are not completed, features may be limited or the account may be suspended.

3. No guarantee and no safety warranty

Phone verification, liveness, profile photo, location, and safety signals are used to reduce risk; they do not eliminate risk.

• AI72 does not guarantee legal identity, age, gender, location, intention, compatibility, or real-world safety.
• AI72 is not an emergency assistance, law enforcement, ambulance, crisis hotline, or physical safety intervention service.
• In immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for your communications, decisions, disclosures, voice/video calls, media sharing, off-platform contact, and real-world meetings with other users.

• Do not send money, gift cards, crypto assets, investment funds, government documents, financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal information.
• You are responsible for evaluating risks of off-platform contact, real-world meetings, and personal data sharing.
• You may report suspicious behavior, scams, harassment, or safety concerns.

5. User content

Profile information, photos, videos, voice, messages, media, reports, feedback, liveness/verification inputs, and AI-assisted text may be user content. You keep ownership of your content.

• AI72 may process your content in a limited way to operate the service, deliver messages/media, run temporary introductions and permanent chats, provide translation, transcription, TTS, AI assistance, moderation, report review, safety, debugging, and legal compliance.
• AI72 should use user content in advertising or marketing only with separate explicit permission.
• You are responsible for making sure your content complies with law, these Terms, and the Community Guidelines.

6. Other member content

Another user's photos, videos, voice, messages, profile media, and personal information do not belong to you. You may view them only inside AI72 and only for permitted introduction and chat purposes.

• Downloading, saving to gallery, copying, exporting, resharing, publishing, screen recording, screenshots, recording with another device, commercial use, harassment, blackmail, and doxxing are prohibited.
• AI72 may try to block save-to-gallery and some sharing paths, but cannot guarantee that every screenshot, screen recording, or second-device recording method is technically impossible.

7. Shared Media

Shared Media is an in-app convenience surface for re-viewing photos, videos, voice, or similar media that users are still allowed to view in a permitted chat.

• Hidden, deleted, expired, blocked, reported, quarantined, moderated, removed, or no-longer-authorized media may not be shown.
• Shared Media does not grant download, export, gallery-save, screenshot, screen-record, publishing, or resharing rights.

8. Temporary introductions and reveal rules

Temporary introductions are limited, server-controlled introduction sessions. Some profile media may be blurred, protected, time-gated, role-gated, or revealed gradually.

• Clear photo or media access may depend on role, session state, time, safety rules, backend checks, moderation state, and product rules.
• A signed URL or temporary access is not a permanent download right; it may expire or be removed when the session ends.

9. Permanent chat

Permanent chat opens only according to AI72 product rules, such as mutual acceptance or a permanent chat offer flow. It may include text, voice, video, media, translation, transcription, TTS, reactions, and notifications.

• Permanent chat remains subject to the Terms, Community Guidelines, moderation, reports, blocking, and safety rules.
• Permanent chat does not give you the right to save, copy, record, export, or reshare another user's media.

10. AI and automated systems

AI72 may use AI and automated systems for introductions, preference understanding, safety signals, moderation support, translation, transcription, TTS, summaries, profile assistance, and product quality.

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, inappropriate, or wrong.
• AI does not guarantee compatibility, safety, identity, gender, location, intention, or relationship outcome.
• You remain responsible for final decisions and may report uncomfortable or inaccurate AI output.

11. Verification, liveness, and profile consistency

AI72 may use phone verification, real-camera checks, liveness signals, profile-photo consistency, declared-information consistency, device signals, approximate location, and abuse-prevention systems.

• These checks are not official identity verification, KYC, guaranteed age/gender/location verification, or a guarantee that a user is safe.
• You may not bypass, manipulate, replay, spoof, or fake verification, liveness, camera, location, or profile-consistency checks.

12. Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on or through AI72.

• Underage use, fake identity, impersonation, deepfakes, fake media, and verification bypass.
• Scams, money requests, gift cards, phishing, investment/crypto fraud, harassment, stalking, threats, hate, and discrimination.
• Sexual exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, grooming, CSAM, non-consensual intimate media, doxxing, blackmail, and personal data exposure.
• Unauthorized recording/saving/sharing, spam, commercial solicitation, bots, scraping, malware, reverse engineering, platform manipulation, fake reports, and illegal activity.

13. Reports, blocking, and moderation

Profiles, messages, media, AI responses, behavior, scams, and safety concerns may be reported. AI72 may use automated tools, AI-assisted tools, service providers, and human review.

• AI72 may hide, remove, disable, quarantine, restrict, suspend, or terminate content, features, chats, or accounts.
• The reporting user's identity is generally not disclosed to the reported user.
• Bad-faith reports may lead to restrictions. Appeals may be available where appropriate.

14. Suspension and termination

AI72 may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for Terms violations, Community Guidelines violations, fake profile risk, abuse, safety risk, verification manipulation, ban evasion, fraud, legal requests, store policy, or platform-integrity reasons.

• After deletion or termination, limited records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, re-registration prevention, disputes, audit, legal obligations, law enforcement requests, or moderation history.

15. Payments and subscriptions

AI72 may provide a 7-day app-level free access period at sign-up. This is not an Apple or Google subscription free trial; no card or payment method is required at sign-up, no subscription starts at sign-up, and there is no automatic charge after seven days. After the free access period, women continue free. Men must choose a weekly or monthly App Store / Google Play auto-renewable subscription to continue using paid-access introduction and chat features. Uninstalling the app or deleting the account may not cancel the subscription; cancellation must be handled through Apple ID / App Store subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. AI72 does not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility, relationship outcomes, real-world safety, or refunds.

16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI72 is provided "as is" and "as available". AI72 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, spam-free, fraud-free, abuse-free, or risk-free operation.

• AI72 does not fully control user statements, intentions, conduct, decisions, off-platform actions, scams, harassment, false information, meetings, or real-world behavior.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI72 may not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
