Subscription, Free Access, and Payment Terms
This document explains 72's 7-day app-level free access, when subscriptions are offered, App Store / Google Play billing, cancellation, and refund rules. The 7-day period is not an App Store or Google Play subscription free trial.
1. Purpose
These terms explain AI72 free access, subscriptions, payments, cancellations, refunds, and platform billing rules. They should be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Safety and Permissions, Account and Data Deletion, and Support documents.
2. 7-day app-level free access
A user identified by the backend as male enters a 7-day app-level full-access period when onboarding, entry/liveness checks, and the required profile photo are complete and the account becomes access-ready. Women remain free. This is not an Apple or Google subscription free trial. No card or payment method is required at sign-up, no subscription starts at sign-up, and the App Store / Google Play purchase sheet does not open automatically. A user may voluntarily review and purchase a weekly or monthly plan during this period.
- The 7-day free access period is tracked as an in-app account/access period.
- It may be restricted for abuse, multiple accounts, ban evasion, fake identity, payment avoidance, or safety risk.
- There is no automatic charge when the free access period ends unless the user voluntarily confirmed a plan in the Store.
3. After the free access period
After the 7-day free access period ends, women continue free without a daily limit. An unsubscribed man may create one successful permanent chat per trusted local calendar day. The allowance renews at local midnight, does not roll over, and is consumed only when both users accept and the backend permanent-chat transaction succeeds. Existing chats and account, support, reporting, blocking, and safety paths remain available.
4. Declared gender and account type
Access and subscription rules may be applied based on the user declared gender or account type. AI72 does not guarantee official gender verification, official identity verification, or KYC. Misrepresentation, manipulation, abuse, multiple accounts, ban evasion, or payment avoidance may lead to review, restrictions, or termination.
5. Weekly and monthly plans
AI72 may offer weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscription plans. Prices, taxes, currency, billing cycle, and local pricing are shown on the paywall and App Store / Google Play purchase sheet. This document does not list prices; the valid price is the price shown on the purchase screen.
6. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions may auto-renew under Apple App Store or Google Play rules. The plan may renew until the user cancels. Users manage and cancel subscriptions through Apple ID / App Store subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
7. No automatic charge after the first 7 days
There is no automatic charge when the 7-day app-level free access period ends. A user may voluntarily select a weekly or monthly plan during or after this period. Billing starts only after explicit confirmation in the App Store / Google Play purchase sheet; the app-level period does not defer a purchased subscription charge.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds for store purchases are subject to Apple or Google rules. AI72 does not guarantee refunds. Account restriction, ban, account deletion, not using the app, or late cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Account deletion and app uninstall may not automatically cancel the subscription.
9. Billing issues and account hold
Payment failure, platform billing recovery, grace period, or account hold may pause or restrict paid access. Exact behavior depends on Apple / Google configuration, store rules, and subscription status.
10. Feature access
A weekly or monthly subscription removes the daily one-permanent-chat limit and the slot closure after a successful conversion. The plans provide the same feature access and differ only by billing period and Store price. A subscription does not remove safety, spam, or abuse controls and does not guarantee matches.
11. Promotions, prices, and platform rules
If 72 later offers promotional pricing, the initial price, duration, and later standard renewal price will be shown before purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, tax, platform rules, and plan. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. 72 does not collect card numbers, CVV, or card expiration dates.
12. Account deletion and subscription
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are different processes. Users must separately cancel their subscription through Apple or Google before or after deleting their account. Payment, tax, transaction, refund, fraud, accounting, legal, and dispute records may be retained by Apple/Google or AI72 under applicable law and platform rules.
13. What AI72 does not guarantee
AI72 does not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility, relationship outcomes, real-world safety, refunds, uninterrupted access, billing issue prevention, or that every subscription dispute will be resolved in the user favor.
