AI and Automated Processing Disclosure
AI72 / IntroMe is a controlled introduction, temporary intro, permanent chat, profile, media, voice, translation, transcription, TTS, and safety-supported social/dating introduction platform. This disclosure explains current AI and automated-system use and should be read with the Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Center, and Moderation Policy.
1. High-level principle
AI is assistive; final decisions remain with users. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, delayed, or contextually wrong. AI72 does not guarantee any match outcome, legal identity, official KYC, gender, age, location, intention, compatibility, relationship outcome, or real-world safety.
2. Where AI or automated systems are used
In the current product, AI72 may use AI or automated systems for liveness/live-camera/profile-consistency support, primary profile photo consistency, profile photo/media moderation, text translation, voice transcription, TTS/synthetic speech, profile about/profile text assistance, automated product-rule controlled introductions, safety/risk/abuse signals where used, report/moderation support, admin/human review support, and debugging/security/product quality logs.
3. Features not described as active user-facing features
This disclosure lists only the AI and automated processing areas used in the current product. Backend-only, legacy, test-only, disabled, or product-owner-unenabled features are not user-facing product promises.
4. Controlled introductions
IntroMe is not public browsing or a swipe catalog. Candidate flow may be supported by product rules, user preferences, live presence, foreground/matchable status, verification state, block/report/safety signals, and backend lifecycle checks. Users make their own pass, leave, return-to-pool, and permanent-chat offer accept/reject decisions.
5. Verification, liveness, and profile consistency
AI or automated systems may help assess camera frames, live verification signals, declared-information consistency, real-camera/replay risk, and profile photo consistency. These are not official KYC, legal identity verification, guaranteed gender verification, guaranteed age verification, guaranteed location verification, or a safety guarantee. Some face/camera data may be sensitive, special-category, or biometric data in some jurisdictions; the Privacy Policy and applicable law apply.
6. Profile photo and media moderation
Profile photo and profile media may be reviewed by automated moderation tools and/or human/admin review. Content may be allowed, hidden, disabled, quarantined, removed, or reviewed. Moderation can be wrong; support or appeal may be available where required or appropriate.
7. Translation, transcription, and TTS
Text messages may be translated. Voice/audio may be transcribed. Translated or transcribed text may be used for TTS/synthetic speech. Translation, transcription, and TTS may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or culturally misleading. Tone, humor, slang, emotion, and intent may be misunderstood. Users should not rely blindly on AI-generated language output for important decisions.
8. Profile text assistance
If enabled, AI may help draft or improve user profile/about text. The user remains responsible for what appears on the profile. AI-generated profile text must not be used to deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent identity, intent, age, gender, location, or relationship status. This is not professional advice.
9. Safety signals and abuse prevention
AI or automated systems may help detect or support review of fake-profile risk, replay/fake-camera risk, scam/spam/abuse patterns, unsafe media, reports, blocks, and suspicious behavior where those workflows are used. AI72 does not claim that all chats are automatically moderated by AI. Correct wording: reports and selected media/safety workflows may be reviewed with automated tools and human review.
10. Human/admin review
Human or admin review may support safety, reports, moderation, support, account integrity, and appeal processes. Details may be limited for anti-abuse, security, privacy, or legal reasons. Serious restrictions may be eligible for support or appeal where required or appropriate.
11. Data used
Relevant workflows may use auth/account identifiers, profile details/preferences, declared gender/name/age/country/city/language, profile photos/media, live verification frames/video/signals, primary profile photo consistency signals, temporary/permanent chat text where translation/report/moderation requires it, voice/audio/transcripts/translations/TTS metadata, report/block/moderation data, device/security/log data, and admin/support data. 12. Service providers
AI72 may use Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure, OpenAI or other AI providers, speech/transcription/TTS/translation providers, moderation/safety providers, analytics/crash/log providers where applicable, and Apple/Google platform services where applicable. International transfers are handled under the Privacy Policy.
13. Limitations
AI72 does not provide:
- Legal identity verification or official KYC.
- Guaranteed gender, age, or location verification.
- Guaranteed compatibility, safety, or relationship outcome.
- Guaranteed translation or moderation accuracy.
- Emergency service or professional advice.
- A guarantee that media cannot be externally recorded.
14. User controls
Users may edit profiles, change preferences, pass/leave/reject an offer, report or block where available, report media/message/user where available, control notification privacy settings, request account deletion, contact support, use appeal paths where available, and control device permissions.
