Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your AI72 account from inside the mobile app where available. If you cannot access the app, contact support.
Email support@ai72.app with your
registered phone number, country code, and any account access details
that help verify ownership. Deletion will not proceed until ownership
is reasonably verified.
What may be deleted
- Profile information and profile media.
- Device sessions and app-specific account records.
- Chat records and user-owned subcollection data where deletion is legally and technically available.
What may be retained
- Security, abuse-prevention, moderation, legal, payment, or audit records that AI72 must retain.
- Records needed to complete an active deletion retention window.
- Records already removed from active user views but retained in limited backend form for safety or legal reasons.
Timing
AI72 processes deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after ownership verification. Some backend cleanup can be staged or delayed to protect safety, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable duties.
